🛍️ Order Cancellation

You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes, as your order may already be processed for shipping.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the packaging is unopened and the product has not been tried on. This is to protect the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • We offer store credit for eligible returns (no cash refunds).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛑 Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom orders or gift cards

  • Items sent back without return confirmation

💳 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 14 business days. All credits are processed in the original purchase currency. We are not responsible for any bank fees or exchange rate differences.

📦 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at avelyacontact@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

While we strive for fast and reliable delivery, Avelya™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors. Lost or stolen packages should be reported directly to the delivery provider.

🔐 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to verify any order to prevent fraud. If we detect suspicious activity, we may request additional information or cancel the order for security reasons.
